General ducks Afghan scandal evidence

General ducks Afghan scandal evidence: Lieutenant General William B Caldwell, a former NATO commander in Afghanistan, denied he blocked a corruption probe into "Auschwitz-like" conditions at a military hospital because US congressional elections were looming at the time.
